When it comes to the actual production of LEX by Nemiroff vodka, the process is thoroughly controlled. We refer to it as the 3-Step Authorisation of liquid, where each stage is under the supervision of our distillery masters with more than 20 years of experience.

Step 1 implies ingredient selection. Here, only those ingredients that match their organoleptic properties are selected. In detail, each batch of the local honey received is tested to ensure that it will match the water and base spirit. The artisanal approach to production is rather meticulous, but it allows us to ensure that in the final product, all components blend together.

During Step 2 – liquid preparation – after amber, silver, and platinum filtrations, the final blend is prepared. Before being approved for bottling, the liquid is tested by the tasting committee of distillery masters.

Finally, Step 3 involves final checks – here a random bottle from each batch is selected for tasting and tests. Only after this bottle is approved by distillery masters, the order is shipped to the customer.

After bottling each of them is meticulously embellished and placed in its box by our distillery artisans.
